Pampas(Madidi Park)

Las PAMPAS is an impressive swamp that is located about 90 km from the town of Rurrenabaque on the banks of the Yacuma River, a few kilometers from the town of Santa Rosa de Yacuma, belongs to the Santa Rosa National Park.

This area does not have much flora, which is why you can more easily see the Amazonian wildlife. Its wide Pampas and narrow rivers that cross it make this place an ideal habitat for many exotic animals; It is here that we can see huge alligators, curious yellow monkeys, beautiful birds and the wonderful Bufeo, pink freshwater dolphin, endemic to Bolivia. The rivers that cross this place are full of life, we can even find the dreaded Piranhas, hunt Anacondas among others that is part of the tourist walk.
